Welcome, I’m Emma — a Registered Nurse, Health & Movement Coach, and founder of Activation Health, a service dedicated to helping people and organisations improve health, wellbeing, and quality of life.

With over 20 years of NHS experience — primarily as a Specialist Public Health Nurse — I’ve seen firsthand how deeply connected our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing are. This insight, along with my own personal journey, inspired me to create Activation Health.

After years of putting others first, both professionally and personally, I reached a point where my own health and wellbeing began to suffer. Taking time to reset reminded me of something I already knew: when we prioritise our own health, we gain the energy, focus, and resilience to thrive — not just as individuals, but in our families, workplaces, and wider communities.

I’m a registered Specialist Public Health Nurse, Health Coach, and Personal Trainer. I also hold several additional qualifications through short courses to support my work in holistic health and wellbeing.
